Student Visa Requirements (NEW Applicant)

For the IAU-UAE Branch Student Visa the following documents are required:

1. Official translation of degree (in English) stamped by UAE Consulate
2. Completed Visa Application Form
3. Confirmation of the Terms & Conditions of the VISA Guidelines
4. Completed Student Undertaking Letter
5. Colored passport-size photograph with a white background. For visa application forms submitted via email please submit a scanned colored passport-size photograph.

6. For students currently in UAE:
   • Copy of tourist visa, visit visa, or previous visa cancellation paper; and
   • Clear colored copy of the front and back of Emirates ID if available

7. Clear colored passport copy (passport must be valid at least for one year)
8. Offer Letter issued by the Admissions Office of IAU Dubai Branch
9. Copy of fee receipts:
   • Partial of first-semester tuition fees (AED 10,000 for bachelor programs and AED 12,000 for master programs)
   • Student visa fee:

For students currently out of UAE AED 3,218 and for students currently in UAE AED 4,898; inclusive of the following:

– Visa processing fee:

– Medical fee; Emirates ID fee; and Medical insurance fee

• • Visa deposit: AED 2,500 (one-time payment and refundable deposit following visa cancellation minus visa cancellation charges and other outstanding balances if any)
  • Admission fee: AED 500 (one-time payment)

NOTE:

– To avoid delay with your application please ensure that all documents are fully complete.

– Fees are subject to change.

– Students are requested to ensure that they have adequate medical/travel insurance in Dubai until their student visa has been issued.

– If sending copies of documents via email, JPG or JPEG file format is required.
