Brief Description:
He received his BA in Management and Economics from Collage of Mass Communication in 1975 (Iran), MS (1979), and PhD in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University (USA) in 1982. His Master’s thesis was selected as the outstanding graduate research by the American Institute of Industrial Engineering in 1980 in the USA.
He worked with the Heavy industry and also Aviation Industry for about 13 years, thus he brings with him a rich blend of Production, Engineering Economics, and Management experience.
He has though courses such as Statistics, Operation Research, Financial Management, System Engineering, Production and Inventory Management, Strategic Management, Applied Decision Making, Engineering Economics, and Productivity in different Academic levels.
He has written 4 books and His Engineering Economic book has been published more than 60 times in Iran. His research interests include Economic Evaluation of Projects, Financial Risk Management, Statistics, and Operation Research theory and practice.
