Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance Department is primarily responsible for assessing, analyzing, and enhancing the overall performance and efficiency of the institution across various domains.

This department typically evaluates academic programs, administrative processes, and institutional policies to ensure alignment with strategic goals and accreditation standards of HEP Home.

We collect and analyze data, conduct surveys, and assess outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing institutional effectiveness and quality of education.

Our Quality Assurance arrangement encompasses three key components: internal QA activities, HEP-Home QA reviews and evaluations, and External QA audits. The implementation of this framework primarily falls under the purview of the Quality Assurance department.

Additionally, we often collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to develop strategic plans, establish benchmarks, and monitor progress toward achieving institutional objectives.

Ultimately, the Institutional Effectiveness department plays a crucial role in fostering continuous improvement and accountability within the university, contributing to its overall success and reputation.

Raising Awareness and Fostering a Quality Culture

Our department is dedicated to raising awareness about educational quality and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the university community. Through communication and engagement, we encourage all stakeholders to prioritize quality in their educational endeavors.

Ensuring Compliance and Regulation Adherence

We ensure compliance of academic activities and administrative processes with the rules and regulations set by Iran’s Ministry of Higher Education, the Central Organization of Azad University, and Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority KHDA safeguarding the integrity of our educational offerings

Maintaining Academic Standards

The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for upholding and enhancing the academic standards of the university. Through assessment and evaluation processes, we ensure that our programs and courses meet or exceed national and international benchmarks.

Enhancing Program Delivery and Staff Productivity

We work to boost the quality of program delivery while improving the productivity of academic staff, ensuring that students receive the best possible educational experience.

Professional Development

We provide professional development opportunities for faculty and staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in areas related to quality assurance and academic excellence. Workshops, training sessions, and resources are offered to support continuous improvement in teaching, assessment, and program development.

Facilitating Student Feedback

Diversify and organize channels for students to provide and follow up on feedback, ensuring their voices are heard in quality improvement efforts.

Conducting Surveys and Analysis

We devise, administer, and analyze various surveys to collect information about the current status of academic quality and identify areas for improvement. This includes course evaluation, instructor evaluation, graduation satisfaction, and overall service quality surveys.

Developing Guidelines and Checklists

We develop guidelines and formulate checklists based on reconciling existing regulations with international standards, providing clear guidance for ensuring quality and compliance across the institution

Facilitating Accreditation

The department provides support for accreditation processes, guiding faculty and staff through the preparation of accreditation reports and documentation. By adhering to accreditation standards, we demonstrate our commitment to academic excellence and accountability to stakeholders.
