1- All users have a right to use the facilities of the library without undue distraction or disturbance.

2-Talking is not permitted in reading areas.

3-In accordance with university policy, smoking is not permitted in the library.

4-No substance that is liable to cause damage to library material may be taken into the university library; this includes food and drink items and flammable items.

5-No person shall act in a manner that interferes with the comfort or convenience of other users.

6-Making & receiving phone calls on mobile phones is not permitted within the library.

7-The library staff may remove books & other articles left unattended in the library for more than twenty minutes on chairs or tables.

8-The library accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left in the library.

9-Library users are responsible for all material borrowed in their name and will be charged the replacement cost of any item not returned.

10-Fines will be imposed for overdue items.
